Does the price depend on the number of employees?
Yes. The subscription price is based on the number of active employees per month. The more employees, the lower the unit rate — we apply volume discounts for 10+, 25+ and 50+ employees.
What happens when I hire someone mid-month?
New employees are billed pro-rata — you pay only for the actual days worked in the month. No activation fees or onboarding charges.
Is VAT added to the price?
All listed prices are net. We add 23% VAT to each item. As a VAT-registered business, you can naturally deduct it.
Can I cancel at any time?
We typically sign open-ended contracts with one month notice. No long-term lock-ins or cancellation penalties — we value partnership, not client retention by force.
