What is HR and payroll outsourcing?
HR and payroll outsourcing means handing over payroll calculation, ZUS and tax office settlements, employee documentation, and PFRON/PPK reporting to an external company. This way, business owners do not need to hire their own HR department or keep up with changing regulations.
How much does HR and payroll outsourcing cost?

What does the onboarding process look like?
The process starts with a free consultation and an audit of your HR documentation — we review the current state and identify any errors. Next, we prepare the agreement and GDPR formalities, and once signed, we take over the documentation and start payroll calculation from the nearest settlement period. The whole process usually takes a few business days.
Is my company's and employees' data safe?
Yes. We process data in compliance with GDPR, maintain electronic employee files (e-teczki) with restricted access and activity logs, and our business is covered by liability insurance — if we make a calculation error, we cover the cost of the correction.
Do you serve companies outside Warsaw?
Yes, our cooperation is fully remote, so we serve companies from all over Poland — documents are exchanged electronically, and we stay in touch by phone, email or video call. Companies from Warsaw and the surrounding area can also meet us in person at our office in Wola.
