How much does HR and payroll services cost?

HR and payroll outsourcing prices start from PLN 50 net per employee per month. The final rate depends on the number of employees, the complexity of the remuneration structure and the scope of services - from basic payroll to full HR services, including maintaining personal files and e-files. For companies over 20 people, we prepare an individual quote. Contact us and you will receive a free offer within 24 hours.

Do you take responsibility for mistakes?

Yes. We have a liability insurance policy for an accounting office and we take full legal responsibility for the correctness of calculations of remuneration, ZUS contributions and tax returns. In case of errors, corrections and possible penalties are covered by our insurance, not you. You can operate with peace of mind knowing that your company is under the care of specialists with over 10 years of experience in HR and payroll.

Do you serve companies from all over Poland?

Yes, we work fully remotely and serve clients from Warsaw, Krakow, Wrocław, Gdańsk and any other region of Poland. The entire document flow - contracts, payrolls, e-files, declarations - takes place electronically, without the need for personal visits. Remote HR and payroll management is convenient, time-saving and full continuity, regardless of the location of your office.

What documents are needed to start cooperation?

To start, we need basic company registration data (Tax Identification Number, REGON, KRS or CEIDG) and employee documentation: contracts, ZUS contribution history and HR files from the previous period. If you are transferring from another office, we help with the transfer of documentation - we will conduct a free initial audit, which will indicate any omissions or errors. The entire onboarding usually takes several business days.

Do you support PFRON and PPK?

Yes, we provide full support for PFRON declarations - we calculate the payment obligation, monitor deadlines and submit appropriate forms to the Fund. By running Employee Capital Plans (PPK), we handle employee records, settle payments made by the employer and employee, and timely send data to the selected financial institution. You don't have to keep track of legal changes - that's our job.

Do you help with PIP or ZUS inspections?

Of course. We represent clients before the Social Insurance Institution and the National Labor Inspectorate. We prepare full documentation required by controllers: working time records, personal files, payrolls and ZUS declarations. Thanks to ongoing documentation, the risk of irregularities is minimized - and if an inspection occurs, we stand by you from day one.

Do you keep personal files in electronic form (e-files)?

Yes, we implement and maintain electronic personal files in accordance with the regulations in force since 2019. An e-folder saves space, ensures data security and provides 24/7 access to all documents via any device - without searching in binders. For the employer, this means peace of mind during the PIP inspection, and for the employee - quick access to employment history.

Will my employees have access to online payslips?

Yes, we provide a safe employee portal where each employee can independently download pay slips, annual PIT-11 and check the current leave balance. Access is protected by a login and password, and data is sent via an encrypted connection. This eliminates the paper distribution of payslips and limits HR questions to a minimum - employees have full transparency of their settlements.

I have a mess of documentation from my previous accountant. Do you conduct an audit?

Of course. HR and payroll audit is one of our key services, particularly appreciated by companies changing their accounting office. We verify the correctness of calculations and documentation from previous years: contracts, payroll records, ZUS declarations and e-Declarations. We correct errors before the office does - which significantly reduces the risk of penalties and arrears. At the end of the audit, you receive a detailed report with the status of the documentation and recommendations.

Do you also settle B2B contracts and civil law contracts?

Yes, we comprehensively settle all forms of employment: employment contracts, mandate contracts, work contracts, management contracts and B2B associates issuing invoices. We also support the employment of foreigners and delegated workers. Regardless of whether you have one type of contract or a complex mix of employment forms - we adapt to the specificity of your company.
